Hello! My name is Katia, and I’m the founder of Intermark Connection, a consultancy firm specializing in trademark registration in Brazil, the United States, and other countries.

I began my journey in the intellectual property field as the director of the international department of an IP agency in Brazil. There, I witnessed how many entrepreneurs — especially small business owners — ended up losing their trademarks simply because they thought it wasn’t worth investing in protection early on.

Today, my mission is to change that reality by making trademark protection more accessible and strategic, so entrepreneurs can feel confident investing in what they’re building — their trademark.

With over 20 years of experience in the field, I’ve built a strong global network of partnerships with trusted trademark attorneys. I’ve had the privilege of working alongside entrepreneurs, creators, and business owners seeking to protect their trademarks with confidence — and without unnecessary complexity.

I am based in Orlando, Florida — a global hub for business and innovation — I work with clients around the world, offering clear, personal, and professional support at every stage of the trademark process.
